Welcome to FOR WOMEN ONLY, Inc’s revised web site. FWO is an innovative not-for-profit public benefit organization with a program to bridge the gap between women in transition and viable employment and personal growth. We offer women a holistic curriculum that includes job preparedness, employment placement or entrepreneurial resources, financial literacy education and money management planning, and self-esteem building. We recognize that women of this diverse population face multiple barriers that seem impossible at times. First, we help women gain control over their lives by using the “Reality Theory” approach. For Women Only emphasizes “self-development” and teach the basics like setting personal goals , problem solving techniques, stress management while identifying a career path. Our curriculum addresses · Computer skills · Basic communication · Ethics in the workplace · Financial independence and growth · Family reunification |
