Passport to Life

Resource Walk-In Center is a project that focus on the needs of former foster and probation youth and is open to all young women between 18-24 with no geographic restrictions. Peer-to-Peer mentoring, job training, resume postings, communication, and internet services will be some of the services available at the Center.

· Create a notable resume

· Perform mock job interviews

· Resolve conflicts

· Parenting skills

Project 2

· Entrepreneurial resources and training

· Ability to show measurable experience

· Ability to choose the occupation or academia to stimulate professional growth

· Ability to provide quality and quantitative service in a workplace setting

· Provide on-going follow up and aftercare activities (promote alumnus)

Project 3

Goals of peer-to-peer support group

· Support and encourage one another

· Offer feedback to each other by sharing personal experiences

· Build relations and cohesiveness within the group

· Share experiences and educate one another by suggesting actions that have been helpful in similar circumstances

· Allow for constructive spontaneity of the group experience

· Installation of hope for the future

· Acceptance and respect from group members
